Indian Creek has a plenty of additional community attractions designed for families, which are all FREE for our guests use. Young children will love the tot-lot playgrounds (there's 2 of them), and will spend hours on the climbing frames, swings and equipment. Older kids – and the young at heart – will enjoy playing in the sunshine on the Indian Creek putting green, tennis courts, soccer pitches, baseball nets, and lots of open spaces to enjoy. Just 2 minutes from the entrance, guests will find the famous highway 192 in Kissimmee – and the Formosa Gardens shopping mall and eatery. Some of the best known restaurants are located at Formosa Gardens, with an Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, Giordano's Chicago Pizza restaurant, Carrabba's Italian, Cracker Barrel, Chinese, Subway and Taco Bell takeaways, as well as shops, a Winn Dixie supermarket, and much more

This Villa is fully air-conditioned, and has a family room to relax in during the day or evening, with a sumptuous sofa and a love seat, together with an easy chair for relaxing, elegant occasional furniture, and an ottoman unit with TV, DVD and VCR system - so that you can watch your favorite movie in total comfort

The family room opens out through sliding patio doors onto the shaded lanai and pool deck. The lanai is the perfect place for an "al-fresco" meal together, with table and chairs, and lighting. The deck is set out with comfortable deck furniture to relax on and 'drench' in the warm Orlando sunshine. The extra large, (optionally) gas heated crystal clear private pool is the perfect place to cool-down, or sit in the heated spa pool and enjoy the bubbles as you relax. The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms

Sleeping accommodation at This  villa includes a spacious master bedroom with a sleep-soft king-size bed, clock/radio, nightstands with lamps, cable TV with DVD and VCR, and a walk-in closet space. This bedroom also boasts a private master bathroom with walk-in shower, his 'n' hers mirrored vanity basins, private toilet, and a roman-style tub to enjoy a relaxing soak after a busy day at the parks.

There's a further master bedroom suite with a queen-size bed, nightstand with lamp, dresser, cable TV with DVD and VCR, plus closet space, and a private master bathroom with mirrored vanity basin, shower/bath and toilet.

Each of 2 spacious twin bedrooms complete the sleeping accommodation, with 2 twin beds in each, and ample closet and drawer space, plus access to the adjacent family bathroom

The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need for a quick snack or a special family feast. Choose to enjoy your meal together in the breakfast nook with seating for 4, overlooking the pool and spa, or at the "formal" dining area, with an elegant dining suite with seating for 6 guests
